How long will it take to receive my order?

All clothing and accessories are handmade. So therefore most orders ship out within 3-5 weeks after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. The PlanetJAG staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.

Can I pay to rush my order?
We apologize but at this time we do not offer expedited shipping. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally.

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...

What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website but my package has not arrived yet?

We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. PlanetJAG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.
